The Sea Girt Boosters are excited to announce two fantastic opportunities for kids to stay active and engaged this winter: the Winter 2024-2025 Flag Football League and the 2025 Winter Basketball League.
Winter 2024-2025 Flag Football League
This co-ed league is open to boys and girls from kindergarten to 8th grade. The season kicks off on Saturday, December 7th, and runs through Saturday, January 11th, with one game per week. Games will be held at The Atlantic Club, and players will be grouped by grade level to ensure fair competition. The registration fee is $130 per player, which includes a t-shirt and hat. Registration forms are due by December 3, 2024.
2025 Winter Basketball League
For younger athletes, the Winter Basketball League is open to boys and girls in kindergarten through 2nd grade. The season begins on Sunday, January 5th, and runs through Sunday, February 23rd, with no games on February 9th. Games will be held at Sea Girt Elementary School, and game times will range between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The cost is $125 per player, and the registration deadline is December 30, 2024.
Both leagues seek t-shirt sponsors at $100 per team, offering local businesses a chance to show their community support.
